Where we ship
We ship within Canada only, to all provinces and territories. Orders are sent from within Canada. Addresses outside Canada can’t be selected at checkout.
Shipping rates
- Standard: $12.95 CAD, 5 to 8 business days. Free on orders of $150.00 CAD or more.
- Express: $20.00 CAD, 1 to 2 business days.
Your rate is shown at checkout before payment. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Processing
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates are counted from dispatch and are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Remote and northern destinations can take longer.
Packaging
Vials are packed protectively for transit. Lyophilized products are stable at room temperature for a domestic shipment, so parcels are not refrigerated.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email when your order ships. You can check your order status any time on the Track your order page.
Problems with delivery
Please double-check your address at checkout. For damaged, missing or incorrect parcels, see our Refund & Return Policy or contact us.
