Shipping
Where do you ship?
Within Canada only, to all provinces and territories. Orders are sent from within Canada, so there are no customs delays.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard: $12.95 CAD, 5 to 8 business days, free on orders of $150.00 CAD or more.
Express: $20.00 CAD, 1 to 2 business days.

How long does delivery take?
Standard takes 5 to 8 business days and Express 1 to 2 business days, counted from dispatch. These are carrier estimates; remote and northern addresses can take longer.
Do parcels need to be refrigerated?
No. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) products are stable at room temperature for the length of a domestic shipment.
Payment and security
Is checkout secure?
Yes. The whole site uses SSL (https) encryption, and card payments are processed by Stripe, a major global payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Orders and tracking
How do I track my order?
You’ll get an email when your order is confirmed and another when it ships. You can also check its status any time on our Track your order page using your order number and billing email, or under My account > Orders if you created an account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until it enters the packing queue. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Take photos before handling the contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll reship the affected items or refund them. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Research use
Are these products for human use?
No. Everything we sell is supplied strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research. It is not for human or animal consumption, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Product information on this site is for research reference only and is not medical advice or dosing guidance.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. You must be 19 or older to order. At checkout you confirm that you are 19+ and that the products are for research use only. See our Terms of Service.
How should products be stored?
Keep sealed vials cool, dry and away from light. Follow the storage notes on each product page and standard laboratory handling practices.
