These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sacred Peptides website (sacredpeptides.ca), including browsing, creating an account and placing orders. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Research use only
All products sold by Sacred Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not for human or animal consumption, and not for diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, food or household use. Nothing on this site is medical advice, dosing guidance or a claim that any product treats, cures or prevents any condition.
By placing an order you confirm that you will use the products only for lawful research, handle them in an appropriate research setting, and not resell them for human or animal use. We may cancel any order that we reasonably believe breaches this section.
2. Age requirement (19+)
You must be at least 19 years old, the age of majority in British Columbia, to use this site and buy from us. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you are 19 or older and that the products are for research use only. We may cancel and refund an order if we cannot confirm eligibility.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order for legal, safety or compliance reasons, or if an item was listed at an obvious pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Sacred Peptides does not see or store your full card number.
5. Shipping
We ship within Canada only. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery. See our Shipping Policy for rates and times.
6. Returns and refunds
Opened items cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for making sure that buying and possessing the products is lawful where you are, and for following safe laboratory handling practices.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and code, belongs to Sacred Peptides or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Products and information are provided “as is” for research purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Sacred Peptides is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any misuse of products contrary to these terms. Our total liability for any claim about an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
