Delivery

Once your parcel leaves our facility it is in the carrier's hands. Here is what to expect on delivery day and how we handle exceptions.

Estimated delivery windows

• Domestic: 2 business days from dispatch (2-Day Air).
• Canada & Mexico: 3–5 business days.
• Europe, UK, and Australia: 4–7 business days.
• Rest of world: 5–10 business days depending on customs clearance.

Tracking your order

Your tracking number is emailed the moment the label scans in at the carrier. If your tracking has not updated within 24 hours of dispatch, or has not moved for 48 hours in transit, reply to your order-confirmation email and we will open a carrier trace on your behalf.

Signature on delivery

Adult signature (21+) is required on every Sacred Peptides shipment. Carriers will attempt delivery up to three times; on the third failure the parcel is held at the nearest carrier facility for pickup with a photo ID matching the shipping name.

Wrong address or refused delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed hold, or a refused delivery can be re-shipped once the customer covers the return leg and a new outbound label. Cold-chain peptides that spend more than 10 days in return transit are discarded on receipt and are non-refundable.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your box arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If the carrier marks a parcel "delivered" but you have not received it, wait 24 hours (parcels are occasionally scanned early), then reply to your confirmation email and we will file a carrier claim and dispatch a replacement.
