Shipping

Every Sacred Peptides order is packed by hand in a temperature-controlled fulfillment room and dispatched via insulated, tracked courier. This page explains how your parcel is prepared, when it leaves us, and what to expect while it is in transit.

Dispatch schedule

• Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM ET on business days ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day.
• You will receive a tracking number by email within one hour of dispatch.

Packaging & cold chain

Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the length of a standard shipment, but every Sacred Peptides parcel ships cold as a precaution. Vials are wrapped in bubble sleeves, cushioned inside a rigid box, and surrounded by reusable phase-change gel packs inside an insulated liner. Copper and nucleotide peptides ship on dry ice on request.

Carriers & service levels

• Domestic: UPS 2-Day Air (standard) or Overnight (paid upgrade).
• Canada & Mexico: UPS Worldwide Expedited, 3–5 business days.
• International: DHL Express, 4–8 business days to most destinations.

International orders & customs

International customers are the importer of record for their shipment and are responsible for any duties, VAT, or research-material import permits required in their jurisdiction. Parcels are declared honestly as "laboratory research chemicals" with the invoice value shown. We do not ship to jurisdictions where the import of research peptides is prohibited; if your address falls in a restricted region we will contact you to refund the order.

• Free 2-Day Air on orders over $250.
• Flat-rate $18 2-Day Air on orders under $250.
• International rates are calculated live at checkout by weight and destination.
