Shipping

This page explains how your order is prepared, where we ship, and what it costs.

Where we ship

We ship within Canada only, to all 13 provinces and territories. Orders are dispatched from within Canada. Addresses outside Canada cannot be completed at checkout.

Packaging

Vials are packed protectively for transit. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the length of a domestic shipment, so parcels are not shipped refrigerated.

Shipping rates

• Standard - $12.95 CAD, 5 to 8 business days. Free on orders of $150.00 CAD and over.
• Express - $20.00 CAD, 1 to 2 business days.

Your rate is shown at checkout before payment. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched.
