Receptor pharmacology

Agonism at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a), the ghrelin receptor. A first-generation GHRP sequence, it is less selective than ipamorelin in published characterisation and is used in vitro as a non-selective GHS-R1a reference ligand.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final once opened. Once a vial's tamper seal is broken, or a lyophilized peptide has been reconstituted, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for return, exchange or refund. This protects every customer from receiving compromised material.

Damaged shipments. Photograph the parcel before touching the contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We reship the affected items at no cost once we confirm the damage.

Certificate mismatch. If the Certificate of Analysis does not match the vial you received, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement.

Cancellations. Free until the order enters the packing queue, typically within 2 hours of checkout. After a tracking label is generated you may refuse delivery and return for a refund less outbound shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval. Card issuers typically post the credit within 5 to 10 additional business days. Store credit is issued the same business day.

Storage and handling

Vials are packed protectively for transit. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the length of a domestic shipment, so parcels are not shipped refrigerated.

On arrival, store the lyophilized vial per the specification on its label. Handling, storage and disposal are the responsibility of a qualified researcher.

Can I return a vial I have opened?
